  13. Is there a book that has a thorought reference for the whole language
  14. besides both stroustroup books ??

  16. I am looking for something like the oreilly nutshell books that are 
  17. pretty dense with information ... especially on stream, ie members and
  18. methods.

  20. Preferaby as conscise as possible, ie assumes you know the language very
  21. well and also adheres to the upcoming ANSI standard as much as possible ?
